# Know where your session data goes.

**Racing stores your account and workspace in Frankfurt, and sends selected evidence and notes to OpenAI only when you request an analysis.** No telemetry is uploaded: every workspace uses one synthetic Jerez session. Deleting your account deletes your workspace.

## Where each part runs

Regions come from the deployment configuration. Every processor, with its purpose and safeguard, is listed in the [Privacy Policy](https://apexscout.racing/privacy).

## What stays in your workspace

Your workspace content lives in the Racing database. Your notes and evidence are sent for AI analysis only when you request one.

- Lap selections and exclusions.
- Engineer context notes, up to 2000 characters per run.
- Diagnoses and their source revisions.
- Saved test plans.

## Deleting your data

Delete your account from the account page in the Racing app. That deletes your workspace and your contact messages, and drops any pending email about them.

- Contact messages are otherwise pruned after 12 months.
- Requests already sent to OpenAI follow the provider's retention of up to 30 days.

## Design-partner roadmap, 2027 season

Design-partner teams bring their own sessions from the 2027 season. These principles govern that roadmap. None of the import or model features is available today.

- Team data stays the team's, with export and deletion when a team leaves.
- A per-team isolated model trained only on that team's data. No cross-team training and no shared model.
- Apex Scout owns the software, models and weights. Team-specific know-how stays the team's.
- MoTeC and AiM CSV import. No telemetry upload exists today.
